Chocolate Chip Cookies

What you’ll Need

1 pack Colès Vanilla Cream Pudding
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence 
3 cups quick-cooking oats 
1-1.5 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
125g dark chocolate, chopped
60g chopped walnuts

Cooking time

30 minutes

Step 1

In a large bowl, cream butter, white and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and add the vanilla essence. 

Step 2

Combine quick-cooking oats, flour, Colès Vanilla Cream Pudding, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. 

Step 3

Gently add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in chocolate and walnuts. 

Step 4

Drop level tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets (2 inches apart). Bake at 180°C for between 10-12 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned. Remove and allow to cool before serving.
